Your website admin log in information will not work in the customer service support area. Remember there are some people using the support area that do not host, so the Customer Service Area is for everyone to use and therefore uses its own log in and password system which you can EASILY CREATE YOURSELF.
You have to first click NEW USER, then create an initial SUPPORT TICKET using the email and password you wish to use.
After that, simply access your Ticket Area, and CLOSE the ticket.
If in the future if you you forget your information, you can click FORGOT PASSWORD to retrieve this information.
You can log in to your Customer Service area and check on existing tickets, create new tickets, etc. whenever you wish rather than having to rely on EMAIL for this, which can often be unreliable. |
